Me,Anna Cleveland and Stephen Burrows
It has been a crazy week in NY, first an earthquake and now we are waiting for hurricane Irene!
In the middle of all this I did made time to shoot Stephen Burrows Spring/Summer 2012 look book with his new muse Anna Cleveland, daughter of famous 80’s model Pat Cleveland .
Pat and Stephen go way back and it just seems completely natural that Anna slipped right into her mother shoes.
Stephen is known for his innovative designs using fluid jersey fabrics in vibrant color combinations. Red being his signature color.
In 1973 he was part of the now famous Versailles Show, an international sensation that brought acclaim to American fashion for the first time.
Last summer Stephen designed a special capsule collection for Target.
2011 marks Stephen Burrows 45th year as a designer.
I am very lucky to have Stephen as a friend and over the years I have enjoyed the opportunity of shooting some of his work. Here just a little glimpse...
