Your eyes tell a lot about you. Whether you are sad, mad, or glad your eyes tells it all. The one quality a person always direct their attention to is someone's eyes. Knowing this we should always make sure our eyes look our best. From a clean brow to popping lashes, it's all in the the eyes.
